My direct mail announcements notify neighbors of homes recently available for sale. Experience shows that many times these homeowners know other families who would love to move into the neighborhood. I also personally employ a  mass email program (including pictures of your property) to target a selected group of approx. 1500 top producing Realtors from our Fresno Association of Realtors and within the Fresno MLS.

Multiple Listing Service, Internet websites & Virtual Tours

In order to receive top dollar for your home, you need to make certain that every real estate broker in the area is aware that it is available for sale. Tom Avent Real Estate cooperates with other area brokers to match buyers with their dream fresno homes Tom Avent is a member of the Fresno Multiple Listing Services. Your home will be on highly trafficked websites, including Realtor.com,  FresnoHomes.net, Craigslist.org, Trulia, and Zillow.

My 21 point Marketing Plan includes…
